To pair a biometric device or RFID card terminal, navigate to the Hardware & Devices section on your Company Owner dashboard. Enter the unique MAC address or IP serial number of your hardware device, select the assigned branch, and click Pair Device. Once saved, the hardware listener will automatically sync incoming punch logs in real time.
